Analysis: Kenny Williams appears to favor scouting over performance at this point in his career. The absence of Garcia and McCarthy coupled with the aquisition of so many prospects could make 2007 the most challenging season of Don Cooper's career. One has to wonder whether Williams has forgotten the never ending slew of prospects who failed in the fifth starters role from 2001-2004.
